沉默权势在必行

中国已进入法治时代,国人正普遍关注“沉默权”能否在我国确立。我国已加入WTO,与世界政治、经济、文化的交往不断增多,法律上要与国际通行原则接轨,履行国际义务、遵守国际条约则是必然的。从履行国际义务、遵守国际条约的角度出发,实行沉默权亦是必然的。而沉默权作为公民的一种权利,用法制来保护民主权利是他们的心声,也是时代的召唤,社会的主旋。
