历史究竟有无选择性和规律性：论波普尔的历史主义

社会历史同自然界一样,具有不依赖于人们的意志为转移的客观规律性,所不同的只是自然界的运动变化是没有人参与,而社会历史的进程则是人类有目的的选择的结果。波普尔无视社会历史的合目的性和规律性,使自我选择的奠基无从谈起,从而走向了历史虚无主义,实际上也否认了他自己所标榜的所谓“零星工程”的可能性,因为任何“零星工程”都必然具有一定的目的性和选择性。从某种意义说,波普尔的“零星工程”的实证方法只不过是一种“零星进步”的乌托邦的工程方法的缩小。

Is History Characterized with Choice and Law: on Bopper's Historicalism

Social history is the same as nature in that both have the objective law of not being swayed by man's will, meanwhile they differ from each other in that the moving and changing of nature does not involve man's participation while the course of social history is the result of man's intentional choice. Bopper ignores the purpose feature and law pattern of social history to make self-choice unreasonable and rootless and thus turns to historical vanity and in fact denies the possibility of "odd project" advocated by he himself because every "odd project" must have certain purpose and choice. To some degree, the positivist method of "odd project" is no more than a narrowing-down of the Utopian project method of "odd project".
