论劳动关系的劳动经济学研究视角

随着我国劳动力市场的形成和发展,必然对我国劳动关系产生影响,劳动关系运行市场化程度增强,灵活就业增多带来劳动关系非正规化等,同时,劳动力市场变化加大了工会工作的难度。对此,研究劳动关系应运用劳动经济学研究方法加强对劳动力市场的深入分析,研究就业和收入分配对劳动关系的影响,并对工会在和谐劳动关系建设中的作用予以重视。

On the Research Angle of Labor Economics on Labor Relations

The development of labor market will influence on labor relations in China.The increasing flexible employment and market-oriented function of labor relations made the labor relations more informal and,the changes of labor market increased difficulty of trade union work.In order to research on labor relations,we should analyze labor market more deeply using research methods of labor economics.We should pay attention to the influence of employment and income distribution on labor relations and to the trade union's role in building up harmonious labor relations.
