刑侦队伍是公安队伍中的精锐部队,是打击违法犯罪的拳头和尖刀。在我国现行的公安体制中,侦查破案的任务主要由县级公安机关承担。侦查破案是个系统工程,县一级公安机关需要建立适应本地区打击犯罪实际的侦查机构和机制,需要扎实的基础工作做支持,需要有良好的警民关系来维系,需要精良的装备和充足的后勤供给做保障,也需要提高刑侦人员的各种待遇。

Thinking on Criminal Investigation Work of County-Level Public Security Organs

Criminal investigation team is the elite security force troops,which is the fist and sharp knife to combat crimes.In our current security system,the main tasks of detecting cases are undertaken by the public security organs at the county level.Detection is a system engineering,and the public security organs at the county level need establishment of local investigation bodies and mechanisms to combat crime,a solid foundation to support the work,a good public relations with local people,sophisticated equipments and adequate logistic supply for the protection and improvement of the treatment of the investigators.
