| 摘 要： | 自20世纪30年代美国田纳西流域成功开发以来，流域经济日益引起人们的重视。流域经济学作为一门极具发展前景的新兴学科，正在引起众多学者的重视和关注。大湄公河发源于中国，全长4880公里，是亚洲唯一的流经6国的国际河流，被称为“东方的多瑙河”。大湄公河流域是一个整体，是一个完整的系统，虽然大湄公河流经不同的国家，但以流域作为经济活动空间，配置经济社会资源的流域经济不仅是客观存在的，同时也具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes and compares the economic scale of nations, speed of economic growth, industrial structure, opening-up and consistency of macro-economic policies in Great Mekong Sub-region during the recent 20 years .The result proves that the economic developing situation lays a favorable foundation for the financial cooperation .Based on these advantages and considering the fact of low overall financial developing level in this region, it will be a long-term systematic project to perform financial cooperation. 1All the states in the region based on long-term benefits should promote the Sub-regiOnal financial cooperation and so on pragmatically and gradually. |
