| 摘 要： | 行政立法在现代社会中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但我国现行行政立法程度中存在诸多问题,宏观上缺乏整体建构的理念,微观上以内部程序控制为主不足以实现自控,且现行单一的行政立法模式已不能满足多元化行政公务的需要,应从多角度对我国行政立法程序进行完善。
