| Abstract: | Accurately recognize cultic organization and the feature of the criminal case is an important premise to conduct detection. Such detective measures as interior line detection and technical detection are effective meaas to detect the case of cultic organization crime. Punishing the case of cultic organization crime according to law is an important guarantee for the detective work to gain the victory. |
