| Abstract: | This article gives accounts that JIANG Ze-min's thinging on China's strategy of Western Developnent inherits and develops DENA Xiao-ping's thiking of Two "stretegies".It makes retrospection for JIANG Ze-min's positive probe into speeding up economic and socual development of ethnic groups and ethnic areas. Finally the author analyses the course of JIANG Ze-min's deciscoin on strategy of western development and its main content as well as its significance. |
