Since the 18th of National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the mass line is a basic task in our country under the new historical period to ensure China＇s social transformation smoothly. Along with the intensifying social conflicts, the frequent social conflict events, and deteriorating party-mass relationship, our party＇s core cohesion and the social cohesion declines, and social stability and development is affected and impeded.
