| Abstract: | In order to better serve the socialist society and promote the realization of the two great dreams of one hundred years,this paper takes Gansu Social work Service Organization as the research object to explore the problems of uneven development,lack of self-hematopoietic ability,pseudo specialization and commercial operation mode of social work service organizations in Northwest China,and from the construction of organizational mechanism,supervision mechanism and project operation.The local ethnic social work model discusses the solution strategy. |
