| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,云南与东南亚国家关系出现了新的发展,但在一段时期,东南亚地区的政治、经济形势变化,对云南与东南亚国家关系产生了一定影响.促进云南与东南亚国家关系的发展是进入21世纪后云南对外开放的重要内容,我们应该认清形势,从多方面积极促进云南与东南亚国家关系的发展,开创云南对外开放的新局面.

| Abstract: | Since China began to carry out reform and opening-up policies, the relationship between Yunnan and Southeast Asian countries has made progress. In the past, the relationship met with difficulties because of great shifts in Southeast Asian political and economic situations. Now, promotion of the relationship has become an important task to Yunnan in the 21st century. Enough efforts must be made so as to create a new situation for Yunnan in its opening-up activities. |
