摘    要:选拔一批德才兼备的干部是把建设有中国特色社会主义事业不断推向前进的组织保证。选拔干部过程中充满着各种各样的人性因素,这种以情感、偏见、喜恶的唯情评判,容易使干部调整行为失当,只有把法、理、情结合起来通盘考虑,摒弃主观臆断,才能创造充满活力的用人机制,实现干部选拔的理性与感性的完善结合。

Abstract:Promoting the cadres with ability and integrity is the organizational guarantee to develop the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. There are all kinds of humanity factors in the matter of cadre selection appointment, which is easy to make cadre selection and appointment unfair. Only considering cadre selection by combining feelings with law and reason can personnel mechanism full of vigor be created and realize the rational in combination with the perceptual in the matter of cadre selection.
