| 摘 要： | 犯罪行为是犯罪心理的外在表现,犯罪心理研究是侦破犯罪案件的有效途径。自20世纪70年代以来,英美刑事侦查和物证鉴识专家开始系统地利用犯罪心理学、行为科学和犯罪现场重建技术逐步建立起犯罪心理轮廓描述理论。犯罪心理轮廓描述理论在我国的本土化发展还需要一个过程。

| Abstract: | Criminal activity is surface performance of criminal psychology.Since 1970s,in UK and USA,experts on criminal detectation and investigation and identification of material evidence have been systematically making use of criminal psychology,behavior science,and techniques of reconstructing crime spots,gradually perfecting and developing the theory of account of criminal psychological schema.It still takes quite some time to localize the theory in China. |
