| Abstract: | While the Civil Law Code of the People's Republic of China is being drafted, the thesis researches on the system of void marriage and recalling marriage of Chinese marriage law and reveal the defects of the system. According to our country's conditions, the article takes the advantages of foreign family laws,and gives some suggestions on the improvement of the system. We hope that the paper will work as something worthy to the legislative body in China. |
