| 摘 要： | 提出“中国特色社会主义理论体系”概念，是十七大的一个重大建树。所谓中国特色社会主义理论体系，就是包括邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想以及科学发展观等重大战略思想在内的科学理论体系。它至少应包含理论体系的灵魂、基石、主题、本质、基本理论等主要问题。

| Abstract: | The proposal of concept of ＇ socialist theoretic system with Chinese characteristics＇ proves to be an important contribution to the 17th Conference of Party. The concept means scientific theoretic system including Dengxiaoping＇s theory, idea of ＇Three Representatives＇ and scientific development concept, containing the soul, cornerstone, subject, nature and basic theory of theoretic system at least. |
