缅甸:2019年回顾与2020年展望

2019年缅甸政局基本稳定但矛盾和风险并存。在全国民主联盟政府的主导下,缅甸启动了修宪议程。随着修宪议程的推进,民盟与缅甸军方的关系日趋紧张。经济上,缅甸大力推行改革并优化投资环境、提高商业信心,总体增速保持高位,但通货膨胀、能源价格上涨和劳动力素质较低等问题仍然制约着缅甸经济进一步发展。由于罗兴亚人危机,西方国家和穆斯林国家纷纷向缅甸政府施加更大压力。2020年缅甸即将举行新一轮大选,同时缅甸在政治稳定与和平方面仍面临一系列挑战。

Myanmar:Review of 2019 and Prospect of 2020

In 2019,Myanmar's political situati on was basically stable but contradictory and risky.Under the leadership of the NLD government,Myanmar has launched a constitutional amendment agenda.With the promotion of the constitutional amendment agenda,the relations between the NLD and the Armed Forces had become increasingly strained.Economically,Myanmar vigorously promoted reform,optimized the investment environment,improved business confidence,and maintained a high overall growth rate.However,inflation,rising energy prices and low quality of labor force still restricted the further development of Myanmar's economy.Because of the Rohingya Crisis,western countries and Muslim countries had put more pressure on the Myanmar government.A new round of general elections will be held in 2020,while Myanmar still faces a series of challenges in terms of political stability and peace.
