浅论赴台渔工权益保障

大陆和台湾两岸之间渔工劳务合作由来已久,但长时间内尚未建立起有关这方的面协调机制,致使赴台渔工权益受损事件频发,问题得不到解决,严重影响两岸间正常的经贸交流。今后应以"两会"签订这方面协议为契机,积极争取依据这种制度性的安排,继续磋商条款具体落实并解决新发现问题。大陆经营公司和渔工应做好自身各方面工作,防范权益受损事件发生。

On the Protection of the Interests of Fishermen Going to Taiwan

The fishery labor service cooperation between Mainland China and Taiwan last for a long time,but the coordination mechanisms has not been established.It damaged the interests of the fishermen of Mainland China who work in Taiwan and seriously,affected the economic and trade exchanges.In the future,on one hand more agreements should be signed by "two sessions" in order to solve new problems,on the other hand the company and the fishermen themselves should take some measures to protect their own rights.
