The quality construction work of the administrative team in colleges and universities is the key to the implementation of quality education.In this article the author analyses the existing problems in quality construction of the administrative team in colleges and universities,the background,present situation and harms of the problems.She also raises eight measures to solve the problems so that the realistic significance of the task can be understood and paid much attention to,the whole quality of the administrative team can be improved quickely and the team can bring its effect into full play in the reform and development of colleges and universities.
