| 摘 要： | 本文通过建立logistic模型剖析产业集群的特征，揭示欠发达地区的中小企业集群发展模式的共生性因素，提出应根据地区资源禀赋状况，通过完善集群外部环境、加强集群内部企业交换关系等举措，促进中小企业集群稳定而科学地发展。

| Abstract: | This article revealed the Symbiotic factors of the development model about small and medium enterprises cluster in underdeveloped areas, and put forward some measures according to the state of regional resource endowments, the diversity of cluster external environment and internal exchange of business relations, to promote stably and scientifically the development of small and medium enterprises cluster. |
