In recent years,the problem of drug in our country is more and more severe.It has been a top problem,which affects our social stability and damages public security.As our traditional treatment pattern for drug problem,"strike-hard" was proved by facts that it has not been consistent to new situations and new problems,and it also cannot have an effect on the control of drug crime.So we need to transfer treatment pattern for drug problem,to restrain the enlargement of drug market,cut the chain of its supply and demand, and control drug problem effectively through comprehensive treatment.
