我国公安机关应对重大疫情的现实经验与重要启示

新型冠状病毒肺炎在全球引发重大公共卫生事件,此次重大疫情的暴发对我国广大人民群众的身体健康和社会生产、生活秩序带来严重影响。我国公安机关迅速投入这场抗击疫情的战斗,贯彻落实中央和国家的统一决策部署,认真履行自身职责职能,全力以赴完成各项疫情防控任务。公安机关应当正视疫情防控工作中存在的不足,不断总结现有的经验,在总体国家安全观下深入谋划我国的公共卫生安全治理工作。要坚持以人民为中心的理念,深入推进法治公安建设和"智慧公安"建设,以提升安全治理能力为重点,推进公安工作现代化。

The Practical Experience and Important Enlightenment of the Public Security Organs in Response to the Major Epidemic in China

The novel coronavirus pneumonia has caused major public health events worldwide.The outbreak of this major epidemic has a serious impact on the health of the people and social production and life order.China’s public security organs have been rapidly engaged in the fight against the epidemic,conscientiously implemented the unified decision-making and deployment of the central government and the state,conscientiously performed their own duties and functions,and spared no effort to complete various epidemic prevention and control tasks.Public security organs should face up to the deficiencies in the prevention and control of epidemic situation,constantly summarize the existing experience,and promote the public health and safety management in China under the overall national security concept.We should adhere to the people-centered concept,further promote the construction of public security under the rule of law and"Intelligent police",focus on improving the ability of security governance,and promote the modernization of public security work.
