| 摘 要： | 法的价值具有指导建立法律制度的意义,保险监管的特殊性决定了保险监管法要体现秩序、效益、公平、安全价值。加强对外资保险公司的准入及营业进行监管实现秩序价值;科学地规定保险资金运用实现效益价值;规制不公平竞争行为实现公平价值;完善保险偿付能力和再保险的法规实现安全价值。

| Abstract: | The value of law has the meaning of leading establishment of law system, the special of the insurance supervision comes to a decision that insurance law has the order value, performance value, equity value, safety value. Enhance allowance to the foreign capital insurance company and supervision to the business proceeding to realize order value; rule insurance funds to realize performance value; forbid inequity behavior to realize fair value; enhance the ability of payment of indemnity to realize safety value. |
