| 摘 要： | 青少年期是个体从幼稚顽童逐渐走向成熟个体的过渡时期,他们在认知、生理和社会性方面都将面对一个急骤发展变化的时期。他们的认识水平、情感体验和自我调控能力在这一时期都有了飞速的发展,但在人格发展上还表现出诸多的发展不成熟性。对青少年的人格发展作出分析并有针对性地对他们进行人格教育具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Youth is a transitional period during which one comes to grow mature from a nave child and the youth are to face radical changes of development in cognitive,physical and social aspects.Rapid improvement on their cognitive ability,sentimental experience and self-control capability is found obviously,while they also display immaturity on personality development.It bears great significance to analyze their personality development to carry out personality education. |
