| 摘 要： | 为了总结近30年来中国经济法制定和实施的概念。然后法制定和实施的基本经验，本文首先对新中国经济法的产生进行了论述。接着，论述了经济，着重从六个方面论述了中国经济法制定的基本经验，从五个方面论述了中国经济法实施的基本经验。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the emergence of economic laws and regulations after the founding of New China in order to sum up basic experience of legislation and practices in this respect over the past thirty years.The article gives a definition of the making of economic laws and regulations and the actual practices before discussing basic experience in the making of economic laws and regulations in six aspects and relevant practices in five aspects. |
