| 摘 要： | ADR制度最早兴起于20世纪60年代的美国,之后因其具有快捷、低成本、减少对抗、保密等特点盛行于世界许多国家。ADR的主要模式为协商、调解、仲裁、小型审判、早期中立评价、简易陪审团审判。建立多元的、赋予当事人更多选择权的多种民商事争议解决制度。

| Abstract: | ADR system sprang up in the 1960s in the United States and then prevailed all over the world,due to its convenient, low-cost, less-confrontation and confidential features. ADR system's main manifestions are consultation, mediation , arbitration , mini-trial, early neutral judgement, and simple jury trial etc. All of these provide the parties more choices to settle their disputes. |
