The governance theory for cooperative networks advanced along with the globalization and the coming out of information society is now in an awkward dilemma.General speaking,we can draw some inspirations from the theory.In the new period of time,governance is still needed.In response of the need of society,a duty-sharing mode for public affairs should be invented.Local services and resources should be heavily relied upon to build up a system for citizens to voluntarily apply.We should clearly delineate the ability of the cooperative networks organizations to comprehensively enhance their governance.A flexible principle should be advocated to improve the adaptability of the governance and professional ethics should be reinforced to increase the legitimacy of the cooperative networks.
