| 摘 要： | "数字出官与官出数字"本质上是政绩评估者与被评估者之间基于利益得失的考虑而进行的一种博弈过程.数字腐败出现的原因是"数字出官与官出数字"博弈过程中存在制度缺失.因此,要从根本上杜绝数字腐败就必须从政绩评估体制与统计制度改革等方面入手,完善作为"数字出官与官出数字"博弈规则的相关制度.

| Abstract: | The assessment of government officials'performance is measured by figures.Good figures will ensure the promotion of officials.It is essentially like a chess competition between performance evaluator and the one who is evaluated in view of gain and loss of interests.Figure corruption is caused by the imperfection of the chess competition rules.To eliminate figure corruption,we should perfect the relevant competition rules. |
