| 摘 要： | 在市场经济的新形势下,工会工作必须主动适应新形势、新任务、新要求,坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,在服务发展上有新作为;在推进职工民主管理上有新进展;在发展和谐劳动关系上有新突破;在巩固建家建线水平上有新提高;在构建帮扶机制上有新成效;在加强自身建设上有新起色。

| Abstract: | Under the new situation of the market economy,trade union work must adapt to the new situation,new missions and new requirements,insist on being guided by DENG Xiao-ping's theory and the important thinking of 'Three Representatives',make new achievements of servicing and development,get new progresses of enhancing democratic management,make new breakthroughs in developing harmonious labor relations,improve the level of building up 'workers' home',get new effectiveness of establishing the mechanism of helping and supporting the workers in difficulty and improve organizational building of trade union. |
