| 摘 要： | 开展工人运动理论和政策研究 ,必须完善组织网络 ,采取有力的保证措施。作为市县一级的工运研究组织 ,应该坚持以应用理论研究为主 ,与调查研究相结合 ,坚持科研成果的转化 ,为工会的实际工作服务。
