校园暴力犯罪中被害人向加害人的角色转化

当前在我国，随着九年制义务教育的普及和各类学校的增多以及在校生规模的扩大，特别是高等教育逐步从“精英教育”转向“大众教育”，各项学生管理工作面临越来越多的困难。加之广大学生多处于躁动不安的青春期，又面临升学、就业的重重压力，校园暴力犯罪呈现日益严重的趋势，并且具有某些鲜明的特点，其中有不少犯罪人是由校园暴力把罪的被害人转化而来的。因此，详细探讨这种转化的类型、方式和途径，深入分析转化原因等，对控制校园暴力犯罪具有极为重要的现实意义。

Role Transition from Victim to Criminal during the Crime of Campus Violence

At present, with the popularity of nine-year compulsory education, the increase in all types of schools and the expansion of scale of students, especially higher education has changed gradually from ＂elite education＂ to ＂public education＂, we are facing more and more difficulties in the management of students in China. Furthermore, most of students are in their restless adolescence and under the pressure of entering a higher school and getting a job so that the crime of campus violence is increasingly serious. There are some distinct characteristics in the crime of campus violence, many criminals are transited from victims during the crime of campus violence. Therefore, we discuss the types, mode and way of transition in more detail, analyze the reasons of transition in depth and so on. It should be of realistic significance to control the crime of campus violence.
