| 摘 要： | 实现两岸直接“三通”，为海峡两岸旅游合作带来新的契机，加强海峡两岸旅游合作具有重大意义。目前海峡两岸旅游合作仍然面临诸多问题，必须建立两岸旅游合作机制，积极应对国际金融危机冲击，抓住两岸直接“三通”机遇，开创海峡两岸旅游合作新局面。
