| 摘 要： | 反掠夺性定价立法的基本目的是保护消费者和促进消费者福利 ,认定掠夺性定价的规则应有利于这个基本目的的实现和更容易操作 ,高于成本的掠夺性定价也应被禁止。在此基础上 ,文章对我国的有关掠夺性定价立法进行了反思并提出了相关建议

| Abstract: | The primary purpose of the anti-predatory-making of the price is to protect the consumer and increase their benefits. The thesis thinks the predatory making of the price over the cost price should be forbidden too for the easier operation of the regulations and the realization of the primary purpose. The author gives his suggestion to the legislation. |
