发挥现场教学的独特作用

中国延安干部学院关于现场教学的长期实践充分表明了其在干部教育培训中的独特作用。现场教学能直观地再现历史场景，使学员在多向互动交流研讨中得到整体提升。现场教学的开展需要有合适的教学点、科学的安排、充分的准备、合理的衔接及良好的安全保卫等要求。现场教学作为有效的教学形式，应该大胆探索，进而形成现场教学的长效机制。

Bringing the Peculiar Role of on-the-Spot Teaching into Full Play

The long practice of scene teaching of China Executive Leadership Academy Yan＇ an has showed fully the peculiar role of scene teaching in cadre training. It may reappear historical scene, and improve wholly the level of cadre training through interactive communication in research and discussion. The performance of scene teaching needs proper teaching spot, scientific arrangement, full preparation, reasonable engagement and smooth safeguard. As effective teaching way, we should explore boldly and establish long-term system of scene teaching.
