| Abstract: | The income differential and gap between present time. If the issse cannot be controlled effectively rich and poor have become prominent more and more at it will influence negatively on the political, economic and social life. Therefore, it is of importance to analyze the issue, study the reform of income allocation, and carry out the thinking way, principle and measures of fair allocation. |
