陕甘宁革命根据地的法制建设及其当代意蕴

Legal Building in Shan-Gan-Ning Revolutionary Base and its Contemporary Significance

Shan-Gan-Ning revolutionary base was the model of new China.Its legal system is the source of the existing legal system.In period of current social transition,it is non-rational to abandon the legal traditions of revolutionary base and transplant wholesale western legal tradition.The legal traditions of revolutionary base should be given necessary respect and careful reading.It is necessary to establish the dialogue mechanism between the two legal traditions.At the same time,China should continue to strengthen the China-awareness of particular problem,learn reasonable legal system construction experience from the revolutionary base,especially from Shan-Gan-Ning revolutionary base,promote judicial activism and give full attention to the legal operation methodology,thus laying a solid legal system for national long-term stability.
