论长江三角洲地区发展方式的转变

长江三角洲地区是我国现代化建设全局中最重要的区域之一。要实现这一地区进一步长足发展，并带动国家整体发展推进，首先必须率先转变发展方式，全面提升发展水平。长三角转变发展方式的突破口应该是：率先优化产业结构、率先提高自主创新能力、率先实现城乡统筹发展、率先深化体制机制改革、率先提升开放型经济水平、率先加快生态文明建设、率先推进区域现代化发展。
