| 摘 要： | 行政成本过高一直是我国建设节约型社会过程中的难题,如何降低行政成本,建设节约型党政机关是当前必须重点研究的课题。本文从我国行政成本过高表现入手,分析我国行政成本过高的原因,并在此基础上提出降低行政成本,建设节约型党政机关的措施。

| Abstract: | The high administration cost has been a difficult problem in the building of an economical society. Reducing the administration cost and building an economical party and government organizations has become a key topic at present. The paper, in view of the high administration cost, analyzes the factors resulting in the high administration cost , and put forward the measures to reduce the administration cost and build an economical party and government organizations. |
