| Abstract: | The paper mainly narrates the process of establishment and development of judicial system and judicature organs in Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region, which especially highlights the issues of perfection, advancement and enhancement of judicial works of Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region in the process of building good social order of new democratic society. The prominent characteristics of judicial works of Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region is worth of inheriting and referring for us today. |
