| 摘 要： | 经济犯罪侦查的基础工作在侦查和防范经济犯罪的工作中具有长远性和根本性的战略地位。目前经侦基础工作在我国还相当薄弱,理论研究中对经侦基础工作的内涵和外延认识也不一致,有必要进行进一步地探讨。而经侦基础工作则是指在经济犯罪侦查工作中,以规范化建设为特征,以信息化建设为重点,以现代化建设为手段的各种工作制度和运作机制。

It is the construction of standardization, informization and modernization. |
