当前国防生选拔培养工作出现的问题及对策建议

国防生作为军队干部培训制度的重大改革举措,已开展多年。但随着国防生选拔培养工作的深入,一些问题逐渐显现。本文通过走访、调查,将这些问题归纳总结,并提出一些可行性建议,为今后工作开展提供支持。

Problems in The Current Selection and Training of National Defense Students and Corresponding Proposals

As a significant measure of the reform of the training system for army cadres,selection and training of national defense students has been carried out for quite a few years.however,with this work proceeding further,some problems have emerged.this paper summarizes all these problems after writer's visiting some related persons and researches,and puts forward some feasible proposals with a view to providing support for future undertakings.
