| 摘 要： | 行业协会的信息交流既可能产生促进同行业相互竞争的结果,也可能导致成员企业的价格趋同,形成事实上的价格卡特尔,从而阻碍、限制竞争。基于此,本文从竞争法的角度对行业协会信息交流的相关问题进行了分析,并对我国相关立法提出若干建议。

| Abstract: | Information exchanges in trade associations can promote competitions between the enterprises in the same association,but resulting in equalization of prices and real price cartel,which in return impede and restrict competitions between them.For this,issues concerning information exchanges among trade associations are analysed from the viewpoint of the competition law,and some legislation proposals concerned are offered. |
