| 摘 要： | 侦查讯问是法定的重要的侦查措施和取证手段。其价值体现在结果价值和过程价值两个方面。从现代诉讼理念来说,应该兼顾两者,但现实情形是无论在意识层面还是操作层面均存在重结果轻过程的问题。同时,侦查讯问制度的不完善,除了立法本身的缺失之外,也与对侦查讯问价值的认识偏颇有关。

| Abstract: | Investigation and inquiry is an important legal method of investigation in obtaining evidence. Its value lies in the result value and process value. From the concept of modern litigation, the two kinds of value should be combined together. However, in reality the result value is paid more attention to and the process value is often overlooked. |
