工会在实现劳动者体面劳动中的作用

体面劳动的内涵,显示其与工会工作的对应关系,实现劳动者体面劳动是工会组织和工会干部面临的重大课题。当前,我国劳动者在劳动就业、工资收入、社会保障、安全卫生、民主对话方面还存在较大的问题和矛盾,需要工会组织通过加大宣传力度、妥善处理劳动与资本的分配关系、强化社会对话机制、加强劳动者技能培训和人文关怀等途径和方法,来助推劳动者体面劳动的实现。

Meaning of decent work displays their work in correspondence with the union to achieve decent work.It is a major issue of workers unions and trade union cadres. At present, our workers still have large problems and contradictions in employment, wages, social security, health and safety, democracy and dialogue. We need to step up publicity and make efforts by trade unions, and properly handle the relationship between labor and capital allocation.Strengthen social dialogue mechanism to strengthen worker skills training and humane care and other ways to make workers achieve decent work.
