高校校企合作人才培养模式探索——以北京工商大学嘉华学院保险专业为例

随着我国高等教育大众化和国际化进程不断加快,高校与企业的合作将成为校企双方寻求深入发展的内在需求。本文分析了校企合作模式的现状,校企合作中存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出双主体人才培养的发展策略,期望对高校在人才培养、专业设置、教学科研和学生就业等方面有所借鉴。

Exploring on University Training Model of School-Enterprise Cooperation

With the popularity and the process of internationalization of higher education, cooperation universities and enterprises will have further development of both schools and enterprises to seek internal demands. This paper analyzes the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation model, the main problem in school-enterprise cooperation. On the basis of that, it proposes two-body talents development strategy and to expect it to be references for universities in personnel training, professional settings, such as teaching and research, and student employment.
