西方劳资合作模式及其实践研究前沿探悉

摘    要:伴随管理创新,西方劳资关系发生了由集体谈判为主的模式向劳资合作模式的转变.这种转变引来了各学科领域的研究,但各学科庞杂、理论林立的弊病日渐显现。针对该问题.本文尝试以产业关系理论范式对劳资合作模式相关研究进行分析和归纳,在梳理近三十年相关文献的基础上,对该领域相关研究主题、基本假设和实证结论逐一进行了评述.并提出了未来的研究方向。

Abstract:Labor relations in the West have changed from collective bargaining model to labor-management cooperation model along with management innovations, which attracts the researchers from many disciplines. Then, the disadvantages from numerous jumbled subjects and theories increasingly appear. This paper tries to analyze and conclude former research results, and bring forward the future research direction.
