| 摘 要： | 美国国际发展金融公司是海外私人投资公司的升级版,其主要目的是为在发展中国家投资的美国公司提供贷款、贷款担保及具有政治风险的保险。随着中美贸易关系日益微妙,特朗普政府对中国在发展中国家进行基础设施投资的规模和影响力越来越关注。这也导致特朗普改变观点,转而支持建立国际发展金融公司。国际发展金融公司的建立被视作美国反制中国"一带一路"倡议的机制建设,它的建立可能将加剧中美在第三国基础设施投资方面的竞争。
