| 摘 要： | 收容教育是我国处理卖淫嫖娼行为的主要方式，这种方式在建国初期对于查禁卖淫嫖娼行为起了举足轻重的作用，但是目前我国的收容教育制度却相当薄弱。面对卖淫嫖娼行为屡禁不止的现状，完善并强化收容教育措施，控制卖淫行为中最紧迫的衍生问题——性病、艾滋病的蔓延将成为重中之重。
