| 摘 要： | 随着互联网和计算机技术的飞速发展,我国的网络供应商群体也迅猛发展,网络购物侵权的问题也就越来越多的呈现在人们的眼前。网络购物中出现的侵害消费者权益的问题也逐渐成为了阻碍电子商务发展的一大障碍,同时也对消费者权益的保护提出了新的要求。在网络购物中出现的消费者权益保护问题是在新的经济和社会形式下出现的新问题。本文就消费者在网络购物方面存在的维权困境,做了分析,并对完善消费者权益保护提出了自己的看法。
