| 摘 要： | 班组长是班组的核心和灵魂,是连接上级组织和职工的桥梁和纽带,其自身素质及综合能力的高低对整个班组乃至企业的发展起着至关重要的作用。本文通过对山西省霍州煤电集团公司辛置煤矿班组长队伍的基本信息、考核制度、培训学习等现状进行调查分析,找出其现存的困难并提出相应的发展对策,以便为该矿乃至全国煤矿企业的班组长队伍建设更好的发展提供些参考和依据。

| Abstract: | The team leader,who is the bridge and the link between the organization and employees,is the core and soul of a team.This article summarizes and analyzes the basic information,the checking system and the present situation of training of team leader in the Shanxi Huozhou coal electricity group company.And it finds out the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures. |
