| 摘 要： | 企业和谐是社会和谐的基础,企业工会工作与建设和谐社会、和谐企业的目标任务息息相关。通过工会组织的努力,加强民主管理,把问题解决在基层,把矛盾化解在萌芽,营造稳定和谐的发展环境,创建稳定和谐的劳动关系,使广大职工能够共享企业发展成果,心情舒畅地支持改革,共谋发展,勤奋工作,共建和谐企业。
